Our policy

For non- refundable reservations full prepayment is required to secure the reservation up to 3 banking days after confirming the details of the booking.
For flexible reservations validation of booking is made by deposit of 30% of the overall price, which cannot be less than the price of one night stay.
Bank account details will be given to you through e-mail. In order to validate your booking, you have to make the deposit in less than 3 working days. As international bank transactions may delay, a scanned copy or a pdf file of your bank receipt sent to us by e-mail will do.
The only currency accepted is Euro.
Bank transaction or currency change charges shall be borne by the visitor. You have the right to cancel at any time.
For reservstions with flexible cancellation policy the deposit is fully refundable (excluding bank charges costs etc) if cancellation will be declared in writing at least 14 days before the expected check-in date.

In all other cases deposit is not refundable.

Check – in is available after 15:00. In case of early arrival, you may leave your baggage inside our premises.
Check – out shall be made before 11:00.
Late check-out or early check-in may be possible on request where extra charges may apply.
Charge of half of the daily rate applies for staying up to 18:00 and whole daily rate, then after.
The cleaning routine includes everyday cleaning of the apartments and common spaces, linen and towel change every other day.
Quiet hours shall be respected.
Accommodating more people than those booked is prohibited. Subletting is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed at Isida premises.
Payment shall be made either in cash or via credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard). The bank charges for AMEX card transactions shall be borne by the visitor (5%).
According to N.4276/2014 a "Stayover" tax of €0.5 applies for each night of stay, to be paid on the departure day.
Booking an apartment through the phone, or email suggests full acceptance of the policy and terms stated above.
